bonjour,
mon serveur centos 6.3 fait serveur de fichiers + serveur d'impression dans un domaine windows Active Directory avec un controleur de domaine windows server 2003
Version de samba 3.5.10-125.el6.x86_64
Version de cups 1.4.2-48.el6.x86_64
Les stations de travail du réseau sont en XP SP3 ou windows 7 pro (SP1 il me semble)

J'ai 2 pbs (j'ai hésité à en parler dans le même topic, mais il ya peut être une liaison)

Pb1: je ne vois pas le serveur centos dans le parcours réseau des stations windows: impossible de trouver pourquoi !! (alors que j'avais déjà un serveur RedHat 5.3 -dont le centos 6.3 est le remplaçant, et je n'ai pas eu ce problème avec le RedHat 5.3)

Pb 2: je n'arrive pas à gérer le partage print$ pour que l'installation des imprimantes réseau se fasse automatiquement sur les stations windows (je n'y étais pas arrivé non plus sur la version RedHat 5.3 et j'avais abandonné)
J'ai trouvé beaucoup de tutos, mais aucun ne correspond vraiment à l'environnement que j'ai

mais /etc/samba/drivers n'existe pas (je suppose qu'il faut le créer ?)
/usr/share/cups/drivers n'existe pas non plus dans la distribution (il y a le répertoire drv: je ne sais pas à quoi il sert avec des fichiers à extension .drv)

Bref, j'ai également consulté d'autres ressources comparables, et je suis tombé sur d'autres problèmes. Je ne trouve jamais détaillé le cas où dans un réseau, il y a à la fois des clients 32 et 64 et plusieurs imprimantes réseau et chaque station (32 ou 64) doit être reliée à toutes les imprimantes

D'autres part sur les W7 la recherche automatique des imprimantes échoue systématiquement alors que je les trouve sans problème sur les XP

Je vous joins mon fichier samba (c'est un essai que j'ai fait avec /var/lib/samba/printers comme valeur dans le path de print$ et donc j'ai créé le répertoire printers dans /var/lib/samba/)

sur le problème 1, il faut démarrer le daemon nmbd pour voir le serveur centos dans le voisinage réseau des stations windows

Pour l'installation automatique des pilotes d'impression sur les stations windows (problème 2), je n'ai pas encore trouvé de solution
