Tu as les 2 interfaces réseaux p5p1 et wlp2s0 qui sont sur la même plage réseau (192.168.1.0/24). Ça peut être une source de problème.
Tu ne pourrais pas en désactiver une des 2 ?

Pour tester ton interface ethernet usb, utilise là pour connecter ta machine à ta box internet et désactive les autres interfaces réseaux.

Il me semble que ton source n'est pas compatible avec la version du noyau linux de la centos. La compilation fonctionne sur une debian avec un noyau 4.x.
Si tu veux tester une version plus récente du driver, utilise le dépot elrepo: http://elrepo.org/tiki/tiki-index.php

Tu pourras, ensuite, installer le kernel-lt ou le le kernel-ml qui doivent fournir une version plus récente de ton driver.

Tu installes les dépôts elrepo comme indiqué dans le lien que je t'ai donné.

Après, tu as le choix entre 2 noyaux linux:

j'ai mis une adresse statique 192.168.0.5 mais ça ne fonctionne toujours pas depuis cette machine
